7 Truck Relocation Project

Machinery Services relocated (7) Electric Rock Trucks, (5) Komatsu HD-930e (320 ton), (1) Komatsu HD-830e (240 ton), and (1) Unit Rig 4400 (240 ton), including splitting the bodies for transport, disassembling the chassis as they came from the factory, trucking, crane services, re-welding the bodies and re-assembling the trucks.

LETOURNEAU L2350 53 Yard Wheel Loader

–Machinery Services disassembled (1) Letourneau L2350 Wheel loader, a total of 7 loads, steam cleaned it, packaged and containerized two containers, evacuated all the fluids, ensured that all dirt and packing were acceptable by India, and shipped the loader to the port of Houston, TX. Disassembly and loading took 10 days.

150 ton Komatsu HD-1500’s Moved

This project included loading, freight, unloading and assembly of (2) Komatsu HD-1500 Rock Trucks relocated from WV to KY and ultimately (4) new 1500’s assembled to include body welds, liners, crane services, and assembly.

Unit Rig 4400

(5) UNIT RIG 4400 (240) ELECTRIC TRUCKS

Machinery Services was awarded a turn-key equipment mobilization of (5) Terex Unit Rig 240 ton Rigid Frame Electric Trucks. The trucks were hauled by Machinery Services (MSC) from Mexico to Eastern, KY through the Christmas and New Year holidays, unloaded and staged with MSC’s NCCCO certified Crane Operators and Cranes, Assembled with MSHA certified MSC personnel and tooling, and the truck bodies were welded together with MSHA certified MSC welders. MSC supplied and installed the wear package to include ¾” floor, corners, and front diagonal, and ½” sides and front upright AR 400 Brinell steel liners.
