Wear Packages & Welding
MSC offers welding, steel, and fabrication services including rebuilds for truck beds, bulldozer blades, excavator and crane booms, arms, super-structures, carbodies, and buckets; new truck bed assembly and welding, truck bed splitting and re-assembly for transporting purposes, as well as a variety of wear packages and accessories. Our wear packages include AR 400, AR 500, Hard-ox, Super-Clad, UHMW plastic or “Teflon”, as well as rubber liner kits. We offer sideboards, dovetails, tailgates and tailgate installation. All of our services are offered at our rebuild shop or in the field performed on a quoted project basis or as resident welders by our certified surface miners.
Machinery Services offers welding, steel, and fabrication services to include rebuilds of truck bed, bulldozer blades, booms, arms, carbides, and buckets; new truck bed body welds, body splitting for transporting purposes, steel, rubber, and UHMW "teflon" liner kits, tailgates and tailgate installations. All of our services are offered in the field with certified surface miners as well as from our shop in Richmond, KY.
