UHMW liners eliminate sticking loads, reducing haul back and increasing productivity. UHMW materials are very tough, lightweight, with the highest impact strength of any thermoplastic presently made. These liners have a very low coefficient of friction and are highly resistant to abrasion. UHMW Liners reduce haul-back, protect the parent metal in the truck beds, protect the frame by impact absorption, reducing cracks around the cross-members, gouges, and warping floors. Liners are installed using studs and a stud welder application.
